PATHOSOLUTIONS PREMIUM cassettes are an innovative product characterized by an increased flow of reagents. We have been working on the project for almost three years so that the final product is refined in every detail. We actively gained knowledge and experience, listening primarily to the needs of our customers, while trying to meet the expectations in terms of the developed offer. We analyzed the products available on the market, looking for solutions that would improve work and contribute to improving the quality of research.

The production process was preceded by tests and simulations. We tested a lot of raw materials and dyes from various suppliers to select raw materials with the best parameters, which allowed us to use the full potential of the modern production line. We design and manufacture products based on the opinions of our customers and the recommendations and standards of the Polish Society of Pathologists.

PATHOSOLUTIONS PREMIUM cassettes are made in Poland. A team of specialists working in our R&D department and in production is responsible for the idea, design, research and production. We control and optimize the stages of production of products for diagnostic tests, which undergo strict quality control using high-class measuring devices, and in our own histopathological laboratory. We do not use external production companies. Our products are available immediately.

We focus on ecological solutions, which is why we use energy-saving infrastructure and renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic panels. Our electric Krauss Maffei injection molding machines use about 40% less energy than standard devices of this type, which guarantees low energy consumption of production with high repeatability and efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Pathosolutions Premium cassettes are currently available in 2 types:

• Embedding cassettes 2x2 mm - 120 holes in the base and in the lid, and an increased flow area of process reagents up to 93% (compared to other cassettes with 2 x 2 mm openings on the market)
• Embedding cassettes 1x5 mm - 80 holes in the base and in the cover, and an increased flow area of process reagents by min. 25% (versus other available 1 x 5mm cassettes)

The cassettes are available in many colors, in packs of 1000 pieces. In the case of larger annual orders, it is possible to make them according to your own color preferences. For more information, contact our sales representatives.
